Enroll a Columbia Account in AutoPay on PayCoMo
To set up AutoPay for your City of Columbia bills, you must first have a PayCoMo profile (see Create a Profile on PayCoMo). After signing in and linking your account, follow the steps below to enroll in AutoPay:
1. Under the related service, click Explore Service
2. Select Manage AutoPay
3. Review the "AutoPay Details" and click Yes, continue AutoPay setup
4. If you have multiple accounts linked to your profile, choose the account you wish to enroll then click Submit
Note: If you only have one account linked to your profile proceed with the next step.
5. Confirm the email address associated with your profile by selecting Yes, use this email address
6. Select a Payment Method and click Submit
Note: If you have a saved payment method, it will automatically appear here. If you have not added a payment method before, select Add Payment Card or Link Bank Account to enter your payment information.
7. Review the "AutoPay Enrollment Summary" and select Yes, complete enrollment
You are now enrolled in AutoPay. You will receive an enrollment confirmation and email notifications when a payment is processed.
