Remove a Utility Account on PayCoMo
You will see any utility account you have linked to your profile on your dashboard. If you want to remove it from you PayCoMo profile, follow the steps below:
Note: Removing a utility account from PayCoMo will not impact the status or any balances due, however it will no longer appear on your dashboard at log in.
1. Log in and click Explore Service
2. Towards the right of the screen see, "My Properties" and select the utility account you wish to remove
3. Under "Account Actions" click Remove Account
4. Click Accept to confirm
