Pay a PayCoMo Utility Bill
There are a few ways to get to the payment conversation in PayComo.
- If you have not connected a utility account to your profile, see How do I connect a utility account to my profile? Once the account is connected to your profile, continue on in that conversation to pay your bill.
- If you have already connected the utility account to your profile and have a current balance due, once you sign in under "Action Items" on the top, you will have a reminder to pay your bill. Just select your account and under "Available Bills" click on Bill Details and then there will be an option to Pay Bill
- In the main dashboard under "Available Services" click on Explore Service. This will take you to the same page as the option above where you can click Bill Details and then Pay Bill
- Once you are in the pay bill conversation, your bill will be displayed, click Yes, proceed to payment.
- Follow the steps to add the item to your cart and pay your bill! If you are not wanting to pay the full amount, in the checkout page there will be an option to enter in a partial payment.
